胡陵静教授运用辛开苦降法治疗肺癌靶向治疗后胃肠道反应经验

Experience of Professor Hu Lingjing in Treating Gastrointestinal Reactions after Targeted Lung Cancer Therapy with Xinkai Kujiang Method

介绍胡陵静教授运用辛开苦降法治疗肺癌靶向治疗后胃肠道反应的经验。胡教授认为靶向药物毒副作用大且多,中医可视之为“药毒”“邪毒”等,其易损伤中焦脾土功能,出现脘腹部痞满、腹泻、恶心、呕吐等胃肠道症状,可将这些症状归属于“痞满”“泄泻”“呕吐”等范畴,基本病机均可概括为脾胃功能失常,中焦气机不利,胡教授治以辛开苦降、调和脾胃,方用半夏泻心汤随症加减,辛苦同用,寓开于泄,通而有降,屡获佳效。并附验案1则,以资佐证。

This paper introduces the experience of Professor Hu Lingjing in treating gastrointestinal reactions after targeted lung cancer therapy with Xinkai Kujiang method.Professor Hu believes that the toxic and side effects of targeted drugs are strong and various.In traditional Chinese medicine,they can be regarded as drug toxicity and evil toxicity,which can easily damage the function of the spleen(soil attribute) in the middle energizer and lead to gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal fullness,diarrhea,nausea,and vomiting.These can be attributed to fullness,diarrhea,vomiting,and other categories.The basic pathogenesis can be summarized as spleen and stomach dysfunction and unfavorable qi mechanism of the middle energizer.Professor Hu treats these symptoms with Xinkai Kujiang method to harmonize the spleen and stomach and uses modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction accordingly.The combination of warm-pungent drugs and bitter cold drugs can ensure both ascending and descending,with better effects,and one case is attached for evidence.
