奚嘉教授从“痰湿”论治多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍性不孕经验

Professor Xi Jia's Experience in Treating Infertility Due to Ovulation Disorders in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome from Theory of Phlegm-Dampness

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是女性排卵障碍性不孕症的常见病因之一,也是一种典型的育龄期女性内分泌失调性疾病。现代医学指出本病发生机理较复杂,临床表现类型繁多,仅用激素及手术治疗很难达到满意的效果。奚嘉教授认为,本病以肾虚为主,痰湿为基本病机,用药多以补肾健脾、化痰祛湿、调理冲任为主,可达调经助孕、安胎之效,其临床疗效较佳,为PCOS排卵障碍性不孕的辨证治疗提供了宝贵经验。

Polycystic ovary syndrome is one of the common causes of infertility due to ovulation disorders and a typical endocrine disorder in women of reproductive age.According to modern medicine,this disease has a complex occurrence mechanism and diverse clinical manifestations,which make hormonal and surgical treatment alone difficult to achieve satisfactory results.Professor Xi Jia believes that this disease is rooted in kidney deficiency with phlegm and dampness as the basic pathogenic elements.Therefore,medicines with the effects of tonifying kidney,invigorating spleen,resolving phlegm,eliminating dampness,and harmonizing thoroughfare and conception vessels can be used to regulate menstruation,facilitate pregnancy,and calm the fetus,which has good clinical efficacy.The experience provides valuable information for syndrome diagnosis and treatment of infertility due to ovulation disorders in polycystic ovary syndrome.
