舒筋活血汤联合中医康复疗法对踝关节手术患者关节功能及SF-36、Baird、AOFAS评分的影响

Effect of Shujin Huoxue Decoction-assisted TCM Rehabilitation Therapy on Joint Function and SF-36,Baird and AOFAS Scores in Patients Undergoing Ankle Joint Surgery

目的 研究舒筋活血汤联合中医康复疗法对踝关节手术患者关节功能及健康调查简表(SF-36)、Baird、美国矫形外科足踝协会(AOFAS)评分的影响并予以分析。方法 纳入我院2019年4月—2022年4月收治的84例踝关节手术患者,分为观察组42例及对照组42例。对照组实施常规康复干预,观察组则开展舒筋活血汤联合中医康复疗法干预。分析两组干预前后关节功能及SF-36、Baird、AOFAS评分变化情况等方面的差异。结果 干预后观察组疼痛、肿胀、红肿以及活动障碍评分分别较对照组均更低(P <0.01)。干预后观察组及对照组SF-36、Baird、AOFAS评分分别相较于干预前均更高,且观察组高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 舒筋活血汤联合中医康复疗法对踝关节手术患者关节功能、生活质量均有不同程度的改善,值得推广普及。

Objective To study and analyze the effects of Shujin Huoxue Decoction-assisted traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) rehabilitation therapy on joint function and Health Survey Brief Form(SF-36),Baird,and AOFAS score of ankle surgery patients.Methods The subjects were 84 ankle surgery patients admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to April 2022.They were divided into group A(42 cases) and group B(42 cases).Group B received routine rehabilitation intervention,and group A received Shujin Huoxue Decoction-assisted TCM rehabilitation therapy intervention.The differences in joint function,SF-36,Baird,and AOFAS scores before and after intervention between the two groups were analyzed.Results After intervention,the scores of pain,swelling,redness,and mobility impairment in group A were lower than those of group B( P<0.01).After the intervention,SF-36,Baird,and AOFAS scores in group A and Group B were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores of group A were higher than those of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Shujin Huoxue Decoction-assisted TCM rehabilitation therapy can improve joint function and quality of life in patients with ankle joint operation to varying degrees,which is worth popularizing.
