六君子汤加减辅助治疗对早期胃癌内镜黏膜下剥离术后患者的影响

Effect of Modified Liujunzi Decoction on Patients with Early Gastric Cancer Treated by Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection

目的 分析六君子汤加减辅助治疗早期胃癌内镜黏膜下剥离术后患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年11月—2022年11月淄博市博山区中医院收治的80例早期胃癌内镜黏膜下剥离术后患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加以六君子汤加减治疗,均连续治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候评分、肠胃功能恢复情况及不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(80.00%,P <0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候评分均较治疗前降低(P <0.01),且观察组评分均低于对照组(P <0.01);观察组首次排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组(P <0.01)。两组治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论 六君子汤加减辅助治疗早期胃癌内镜黏膜下剥离术后患者,可有效改善其中医证候,促进肠胃功能恢复,且无不良反应,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Liujunzi Decoction as an adjuvant therapy for the patients with early gastric cancer treated by endoscopic submucosal dissection.Methods Eighty patients with early gastric cancer treated by endoscopic submucosal dissection in Boshan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to November 2022 were selected and assigned into a control group(n = 40) and an observation group(n = 40) with the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group with Liujunzi Decoction combined with western medicine.The treatment lasted for 4 consecutive weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,gastrointestinal function recovery,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate in the observation group(95.00%) was higher than that in the control group(80.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The time to first exhaust,first defecation,and recovery of bowel sounds in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Modified Liujunzi Decoction can mitigate the TCM syndrome and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in the patients after endoscopic submucosal dissection for early gastric cancer.This therapy has a high clinical application value and is worth popularizing.
