基于数据挖掘探讨中医药治疗围绝经期抑郁症用药规律

Research on the regularity of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Perimenopausal depression based on data mining

目的 本文主要基于常规的数据挖掘技术对中医药治疗围绝经期抑郁症的用药规律进行相关的分析研究。方法 检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库,筛选中药治疗围绝经期抑郁症的相关文献并提取资料。使用Microsoft Excel 2019建立起本文所需研究的文献数据库,同时应用IBM SPSS Modeler18.0、Statistics 26.0对数据库中的中药进行关联规则分析和系统聚类分析等一系列数据处理。结果 数据库中共纳入中医处方91首,涉及到的单味中药有126味,这些中药累计使用频次共729次。使用频次较高的中药依次是茯苓、柴胡、甘草、白芍、当归。药物功效以补虚药和解表药为主。药物五味中甘、辛、苦味占据前3,四气以寒、温居多,归经中以五脏为主。关联规则分析得到“甘草→生姜、柴胡→白芍、茯苓→生姜、柴胡→白芍+甘草、白芍→当归+茯苓、柴胡→当归+白芍、柴胡→生姜”等常用中药组合;在进行聚类分析时,发现了治疗围绝经期抑郁症的4个潜在基础方。结论 围绝经期抑郁症为本虚标实之证,核心病机为肾虚为本,气郁为标,与五脏关系密切,治法以养血滋阴、益气扶正为主,挖掘出逍遥散、柴胡疏肝散、柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤等常用基础方,为围绝经期抑郁临床用药以及药物研发提供了数据支撑。

Objective In this paper,based on the conventional data mining technology,the relevant analysis and research on the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of perimenopausal depression.Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang(Wanfang),and VIP(VIP) were searched to screen and extract relevant literature on the treatment of perimenopausal depression with traditional Chinese medicine.Use Microsoft Excel 2019 to establish the literature database required for this study,and apply IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,Statistics 26.0 to carry out a series of data such as association rule analysis and systematic cluster analysis in data mining of traditional Chinese medicine in the database deal with.Results A total of 91 TCM prescriptions were included in the database,involving 126 single-flavored TCMs,and these TCMs were used for a total of 729 times.The most frequently used traditional Chinese medicines are Poria,Bupleurum,Licorice,Paeonia lactiflora and Angelica sinensis.The efficacy of the drug is mainly tonic and detoxifying drugs.Among the five flavors of medicine,sweet,acrid,and bitter occupy the top three.Association rule analysis obtained "Licorice → Ginger,Bupleurum → Bai Shao,Poria → Ginger,Bupleurum → Bai Shao + Licorice,Bai Shao → Angelica+Poria,Bupleurum → Angelica+Bai Shao,Bupleurum → Ginger" and other commonly used traditional Chinese medicines Combination;during cluster analysis,4 potential basic prescriptions for the treatment of perimenopausal depression were found.Conclusion Perimenopausal depression is a syndrome of deficiency and excess.The core pathogenesis is kidney deficiency,Qi stagnation is the symbol,and it is closely related to the five internal organs,Xiaoyao San,Chaihu Shugan San,Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction and other commonly used basic prescriptions provide data support for clinical medication and drug development for perimenopausal depression.
