课程思政视域下培养托育专业学生德育启蒙能力的路径刍探

Exploration of the Path of Cultivating the Moral Education Enlightenment Ability of Students Majoring in Preschool Education from the Perspective of Curriculum Ideology and Political Education

摘要 为了提高托育专业学生的德育启蒙能力,使其在工作岗位中能够发挥预期的价值,满足人才就业和行业发展的需求,教师应明确托育专业学生德育启蒙能力核心构成要素为情感教育、道德认知、行为规范、社会交往等方面,完善托育专业“金课”建设工作,设计基础、综合、探究等不同深度的教学课程,供不同层次学生学习应用。同时,教师应依据“以养为本,教养相结合”、“教养融通”为特征的职业技能培训,加强托育专业学生的专业技能训练,构建一套突出“托育专业学生德育启蒙能力”特色的职前、职后教育体系。 In order to improve the moral education enlightenment ability of students majoring in daycare,enable them to play the expected value in their job positions,and meet the needs of talent employment and industry development,teachers should clarify that the core components of the moral education enlightenment ability of students majoring in daycare are emotional education,moral cognition,behavioral norms,social interaction,and other aspects,improve the construction of"golden courses"in daycare,and design a foundation,comprehensive exploring teaching courses of different depths for students at different levels to learn and apply.At the same time,teachers should strengthen the professional skills training of preschool students based on the characteristics of"nurturing as the foundation,combining education"and"integrating education",and build a pre and post vocational education system that highlights the"moral enlightenment ability of preschool students".
