摘要
提升学生就业能力是当下高职院校的重点培育方向,这不仅可保障学生的就业,还可保证企业有足够的、高质量的技术技能型人才。CIPP模式是构建指标体系的重要理论和方法,借鉴与结合CIPP模式,从多个角度分析构建学生就业能力培养的模型及指标体系,这对高职院校教学诊断、改进工作的推进和学生就业能力的提升具有重要的理论和实践意义。高职院校可以上下文评价、输入评价、过程评价、产品评价等形式发挥CIPP在学生就业能力培养中的作用。
Improving students'employability is currently a key cultivation direction for vocational colleges.This not only ensures students'employment,but also ensures that enterprises have sufficient and high-quality technical and skilled talents.The CIPP model is an important theory and method for constructing an indicator system.Drawing on and combining the CIPP model,analyzing and constructing a model and indicator system for cultivating students'employability from multiple perspectives has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting teaching diagnosis,improving work,and enhancing students'employability in vocational colleges.In the cultivation of students'employability,vocational colleges can play the role of CIPP in the cultivation of students'employability through contextual evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation,product evaluation,and other forms.
