中职会计专业班级建设方案设计探究

Exploration of the Design of Class Construction Plan for Accounting Majors in Secondary Vocational

中职教育在为国家培养技术技能型人才方面发挥着重要作用,而班级建设有利于激发学生的学习动力,提高中职教育效果。文章以中职三年制会计专业为例探究班级建设方案设计策略,在制定连续性目标、阶段性目标的基础上,以工学结合、岗课赛证、全面发展、跟踪调整为班级建设方案设计的创新点,并根据学生的实际情况以及年级的不同,设计不同的班级建设活动,以此发挥班级建设的作用,提高人才培养效果。

Secondary vocational education plays an important role in cultivating technical and skilled talents for the country,and class construction is conducive to stimulating students'learning motivation and improving the effectiveness of secondary vocational education.The article takes the three-year accounting major in vocational schools as an example to explore the design strategy of class construction plans.Based on the establishment of continuous and phased goals,the innovative points of class construction plan design are the combination of engineering and learning,job course certification,comprehensive development,and tracking adjustment.Different class construction activities are designed according to the actual situation of students and different grades,in order to play the role of class construction and improve the effectiveness of talent cultivation.
