产教融合背景下职业院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的思考 被引量:1

摘要 在社会经济转型升级的关键阶段,加快产教融合速度、促进校企协同发展、强化协同育人效果是职业教育内涵式发展的必然。而“双师型”教师队伍建设是职业院校走科学发展道路、迈向产教融合的必然要求。基于产教融合背景下“双师型”教师队伍建设面临的困境,职业院校可从提高教师队伍质量、丰富教师学历提升路径、提升教师队伍运行效率、打造高质量兼职教师队伍、健全教师评价激励制度等方面着手,加快产教融合速度,促进职业院校良性发展。 In the critical stage of socio-economic transformation and upgrading,accelerating the integration of industry and education,promoting the coordinated development of schools and enterprises,and strengthening the effectiveness of collaborative education are inevitable for the connotative development of vocational education.The construction of a"double teacher"teaching team is an inevitable requirement for vocational colleges to follow the path of scientific development and towards the integration of industry and education.Based on the difficulties faced by the construction of the"double teacher"teaching team in the context of industry education integration,vocational colleges can accelerate the speed of industry education integration and promote the healthy development of vocational colleges by improving the quality of the teaching team,enriching the path of teacher education improvement,improving the operational efficiency of the"double teacher"teaching team,creating a high-quality part-time teaching team,and improving the evaluation and incentive system for"double teacher"teachers.
