摘要
高校教师评价在整个教育系统中占据着重要的地位并且发挥着极其重要的作用。一方面,有助于精准地对高校教师展开综合评价;另一方面,对高校教师评价做出正确、全面的表述,也有助于调动高校教师的工作积极性,进而提高教育教学质量。文章分析高校教师分类评价的意义,探讨高校教师分类评价的现实挑战,并针对应用型高校的特点明确教师分类评价的目标与原则,完善评价功能与优化评价体系,以促进高校教师的发展。
The evaluation of university teachers occupies an important position and plays an extremely important role in the entire education system.On the one hand,it helps to accurately conduct a comprehensive evaluation of university teachers;on the other hand,making correct and comprehensive statements about the evaluation of university teachers can also help mobilize their work enthusiasm and improve the quality of education and teaching.The article analyzes the significance of classified evaluation of university teachers,explores the practical challenges of classified evaluation of university teachers,and clarifies the goals and principles of teacher classified evaluation based on the characteristics of applied universities,improves the evaluation function and optimizes the evaluation system,in order to promote the development of university teachers.
