安徽省高等教育学科结构与产业结构耦合协调性研究

Research on the Coupling Coordination of Regional Higher Education Discipline Structures and Industrial Structures

推动高等教育学科结构与产业结构协调发展既是解决学科结构不合理和产业结构升级缓慢的关键措施,更是提升高等教育质量和实现经济社会可持续发展的长远战略。文章基于系统耦合理论和耦合协调度模型,对2010—2021年安徽省高等教育学科结构与产业结构耦合协调发展情况进行了实证分析。结果显示:安徽省学科结构发展水平与产业结构发展水平总体上均呈现提升态势,但两者尚未实现同步发展;安徽省高等教育学科结构与产业结构耦合协调度不断提升,整体上经历了勉强协调—初级协调—中级协调—良好协调的发展历程。应重视学科结构顶层设计,依据产业人才需求推动安徽省高等教育学科结构供给侧改革。

Promoting the coordinated development of the discipline structure and the industrial structure of higher education is not only the key measure to solve the unreasonable discipline structure and the slow upgrading of the industrial structure,but also the long-term strategy to improve the quality of higher education and realize the sustainable development of economy and society.Based on the system coupling theory and coupling coordination degree model,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the coupling and coordination development of subject structure and industrial structure of higher education in Anhui Province from 2010 to 2021.The results show that both the discipline structure and the industrial structure in Anhui Province show a trend of improvement on the whole,but they have not achieved synchronous development.The degree of coupling coordination between the discipline structure and industrial structure of higher education in Anhui province has been continuously improved,and it has experienced a development process of reluctant coordination-primary coordination-intermediate coordination-good coordination on the whole.Based on the above conclusions,some suggestions are put forward,such as attaching importance to the top-level design of the discipline structure and promoting the supply-side reform of the discipline structure of higher education in Anhui Province according to the demand of industrial talents.
