高校专业课教师思政能力提升路径研究

摘要 文章基于专业课教师在课程思政教育中享有得天独厚的优势,梳理了课程思政教学中存在的问题及缘由。专业课教师的课程思政能力本质上是其教书育人的基本功,提升专业课教师思政能力需从主观和客观两方面着手:主观层面,教师需增强德育意识,挖掘思政要素,提升专业素养,夯实教学基本功;客观层面,学校需增强教师思政价值认同感,完善思政教学平台,创设思政教学实践氛围并建立考评激励机制,从而真正实现思政课程和课程思政的完美融合。 In view of the unique advantages enjoyed by major-related curriculum teachers in college education,and based on the existing problems and possible reasons in major-related curriculum ideological and political education,it pointed out that the capacity of ideological and political education of college teachers in specific curriculums essentially depends on their basic pedagogical skills.Thus,the ways of improving the ideological and political teaching capacity of college teachers are as follows:at the individual level,to improve their ideological and political education awareness,to dig out ideological and political elements in major-related curriculums,to enhance their professional quality,and to tamp their basic teaching skills and strategies;at the school level,to strengthen teachers'sense of ideological and political value,to create the practical atmosphere of ideological and political teaching,and to establish the relevant assessing and incentive mechanism.The final goal is to achieve the invisible and ideal integration of'ideological and political'education in major-related curriculums.
