摘要
基于自我调节理论,文章探讨了智能手机问题性使用对大学生学习适应性和人际适应性的影响效应以及自我反思的中介作用。通过对471份大学生问卷调查数据分析发现:智能手机问题性使用对大学生学习适应性、人际适应性具有显著的负向影响;自我反思在智能手机问题性使用对大学生学习适应性、人际适应性的负面影响中起中介作用。研究从理论上证实了大学生智能手机问题性使用的危害,并分别从大学生、教育工作者和教育机构三个方面提出了实践启示。
Based on self-regulation theory,this study explores the influential effect of problematic smartphone use on college students'academic adaptability and interpersonal adaptability,and further analyzes the mediating effect of self-reflection.Combined with the date analysis of 471 questionnaires from college students,the results are as follows:problematic smartphone use has a significant negative impact on college students'academic adaptability and interpersonal adaptability,and self-reflection plays a mediating role in the negative effects of problematic smartphone use on college students'academic adaptability and interpersonal adaptability.This research holds certain theoretical significance and offers practical insights from three different perspectives:university students,educational professionals,and educational institutions.
