新时代高校劳动教育与创新创业教育协同育人路径探究

新时代高校把劳动教育与创新创业教育协同育人纳入人才培养全过程,对于落实立德树人根本任务、促进大学生德智体美劳全面发展、培养高素质的创新创业人才具有丰富的价值意蕴。文章立足当前大学生就业和创新创业的时代环境,探讨新时代大学生劳动精神培育与创新创业同质共生的可能性,并在此基础上探索通过加强协同育人理念,构建立体化、多元化、协作化的教学模式,建立高素质、高技能、高创造性的教师队伍,大力推进劳动教育和创新创业教育媒介协作等方式,多角度、多方面构建高校劳动教育与创新创业教育协同育人新路径。

In the new era,colleges and universities incorporate the collaborative education of labour education and innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of talent cultivation,which has rich value implication for the implementation of the fundamental task of acquiring morality and education of the people,promoting the all-round development of college students in terms of character,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labour and cultivating high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Based on the current environment of college students'employment and innovation and entrepreneurship,the article explores the possibility of homogeneous symbiosis between the cultivation of college students'labour spirit and innovation and entrepreneurship in the new era,and on this basis,explores the possibility of strengthening the concept of collaborative cultivation,constructing a three-dimensional,diversified and collective teaching mode,building a high-quality,high-skill and highly creative teaching team,and vigorously promoting the media collaboration between labour education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and other ways to build a multidimensional and multifaceted education system,creating a new path of collaborative parenting between labour education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities from multiple perspectives.
