混凝土帆布对已锈钢筋混凝土柱性能影响试验分析

摘要 为研究混凝土帆布(Concrete Canvas,简称CC)对已锈钢筋混凝土柱力学性能及阻锈能力的影响,将混凝土帆布附着于已锈钢筋混凝土柱表面,并以初锈率与2次锈蚀时长为变量,对试件进行轴压试验.结果表明:相较于未包裹试件,CC包裹试件力学性能显著提升,其中,承载能力提高约15%,位移延性系数提高了27.1%~74.1%,且延性系数提高幅度随初锈率的提高而降低;CC包裹试件纵筋质量损失率显著降低,说明CC的存在可显著提高钢筋混凝土构件的阻锈能力.而且,当初锈率大于10%时,纵筋质量损失率降低幅度呈下降趋势. In order to study the effect of concrete canvas(CC)on the mechanical properties and rust resistance of the concrete columns reinforced by rusted steel bars,concrete canvas was attached to the surface of the concrete columns,and the specimens were subjected to axial compression tests with the initial rust rate and the durations of the two time rusting experiments as variables.The results show that the mechanical properties of the CC wrapped specimens are significantly improved in comparison with those of the unwrapped speci⁃mens,among which,the load carrying capacity is increased by about 15%and the displacement ductility coefficient is increased by 27.1%~74.1%;and the increase of the ductility coefficient decreases with the increase of the initial rust rate.The mass loss rate of the longitudinal reinforcement of the CC wrapped specimens is significantly reduced,indicating that the presence of CC can significantly improve the rust resistance of the reinforced concrete columns.Moreover,when the initial rust rate is greater than 10%,the reduction of longitudinal reinforcement mass loss rate shows a decreasing trend.
