摘要
数字时代下,高职教育数字化转型势在必行。一段时间以来,我国高职教育的数字化转型实现了教育手段的数字化、教育资源的数字化、教育管理的数字化和教育环境的数字化。但相较于一些发达国家和地区,我国高职教育数字化转型整体上依旧较为粗放,其典型的特征之一便是将关注点过多地聚焦于数字化转型本身,而在一定程度上忽视了其中的伦理问题。主要表现为教育手段数字化下,教师职业道德引领的缺位;教育资源数字化下,知识产权的侵犯;教育管理数字化下,个人隐私的泄露;教育环境数字化下,网络暴力的滋生。其原因主要包括市场导向驱动下职业伦理教育的边缘化;数字资源的知识产权保护与共享存在冲突;保护个人隐私安全的投入与回报不对等;网络监管的缺失与数字平台的失责。为确保我国高职教育数字化转型的良性推进,必须做到坚持“育训结合”,朝向“德技并修”;强化数字资源保护与开放之间的平衡;开发隐私保护的多元路径;构建网络暴力的事前、事中和事后治理机制。
In the digital era,the digital transformation of higher vocational education in China is imperative.Over time,China's higher vocational education has achieved digitalization in educational methods,resources,management,and environment.However,compared to some developed countries and regions,the overall digital transformation of China's higher vocational education remains relatively extensive.A typical characteristic is the excessive focus on the digital transformation itself,to some extent neglecting the embedded ethical issues.It is manifested in the absence of professional ethics cultivation under digitalized educational methods,infringement of intellectual property rights under digitalized educational resources,personal privacy breaches under digitalized educational management,and the proliferation of cyberbullying in the digitalized educational environment.The main reasons include the marginalization of vocational ethics education driven by market orientation,conflicts between protecting the intellectual property rights of digital resources and sharing,imbalances between the investment and returns in personal privacy protection,and a lack of online regulation combined with digital platform irresponsibility.To ensure the positive advancement of the digital transformation of higher vocational education in China,it is essential to uphold a combination of“education and training,”steer towards“moral and technical cultivation”,reinforce the balance between digital resource protection and openness,explore diverse avenues for privacy protection,and construct pre-event,midevent,and post-event governance mechanisms against cyberbullying.
