转化性教育:随迁子女学业成功的内在机制研究——基于教师行动视角的质性分析 被引量:1

摘要 底层如何出贵子是近些年学术界关注的重要议题,但研究对象主要是农村子弟,对随迁子女关注不足。我国的随迁子女是一个规模庞大的群体,有着特殊的生存困境和心理压力,其学业成功机制也有其特殊性,有必要进行专门研究。通过对15名来自双一流高校随迁子女的质性研究发现,基础教育阶段教师进行的转化性教育在他们的学业成功中发挥了关键作用:践行“以专业化与爱为底色”“、以抵制与改造为旨趣”的教育,对学生采取“赋予正向情感”“提供文化资源”“帮助建构良性人际关系”等行动,弥补随迁子女情感资本、文化资本和社会资本的不足;调动随迁子女的能动性帮助他们激活底层文化资本,助力实现教育突围。转化性教育呼唤教师要提高转化性教育素养,成为转化型知识分子,以帮助更多随迁子女取得学业成功。 How to cultivate students with high academic achievement at the bottom of society has been an important topic of academic concern in recent years,but the research targets are mainly rural children,and insufficient attention has been paid to migrant workers'children.In China,migrant workers'children are a large-scale group with special survival dfficulties and psychological pressure,and their academic success mechanism also has its own special characteristics,which makes it necessary to conduct special research.Through a narrative analysis of 15 migrant workers'children from double first-class colleges and universities,it is found that the transformative education carried out by teachers in the basic education stage plays a key role in their academic success.Teachers practiced education with"specialization and love as the background"and"resistance and transformation as the purview"They took actions of""offering good emotions""providing cultural resources""and"building positive relationships"to make up for the lack of emotional capitals,cultural capitals and social capitals.Teachers helped them activate low-level cultural capitals by mobilizing the initiative to make them realize the educational breakthrough.Transformative education calls for teachers to improve their transformative education competency and become transformative intellectuals,so as to help more migrant workers'children achieve academic success.
