面肌痉挛生活质量量表的汉化及信效度检验

Chinese Translation of Hemifacial Spasm and Its Reliability and Validity Test

目的汉化面肌痉挛生活质量量表(HFS‐8)并检验其信效度。方法采用Brislin模式对HFS‐8进行翻译、回译及跨文化调适,形成中文版HFS‐8。通过咨询6名专家检验量表的内容效度;通过调查81例面肌痉挛患者检验量表的信度及结构效度;同时以简明健康量表‐36(SF‐36)为校标,验证其效标效度。结果经汉化的中文版HFS‐8包括2个维度共8个条目,内容效度指数(S‐CVI)为0.979,各条目内容效度指数为0.833~1.000;与SF‐36的效标关联效度指数为0.608(P<0.05);探索性因子分析共提取2个公因子,累计方差贡献率达70.554%;总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.779,各条目Cronbach’sα系数为0.709~0.814;量表折半信度为0.789,重测信度为0.770。结论中文版HFS‐8具有良好的信效度,适用于评估国内面肌痉挛患者的生活质量。

Objective To translate the Hemifacial Spasm 8(HFS-8)in Chinese and test its reliability and validity.Methods Translation,back translation and cross-cultural adaptation were performed in Brislin mode in order to develop a Chinese version of HFS-8.The content validity of the scale was tested by consulting 6 experts;the reliability and construct validity of the scale were tested by investigating 81 patients with hemifacial spasm;meanwhile,the criterion validity of the scale was validated by taking the 36-Item Short Form Survey(SF-36)as a criterion.Results The Chinese version of HFS-8 consisted of 8 items in 2 dimensions.The scale-level content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.979,with the S⁃CVI for each item ranging from 0.833 to 1.000.The criterion(SF-36)-related validity index was 0.608(P<0.05).Exploratory factor analysis extracted two common factors,and the cumulative variance contribution rate reached 70.554%.Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.779 and for each item was 0.709~0.814.The split-half reliability of the scale was 0.789,and the test-retest reliability was 0.770.Conclusion With good reliability and validity,the Chinese version of HFS-8 is suitable for evaluating the quality of life of patients with hemifacial spasm in China.
