The United States,as a major LNG producer and exporter,significantly influences global LNG markets.This study analyzes the characteristics of LNG long-term contracts,focusing on the first HH-priced LNG contract signed by C Company.The findings offer insights into traditional oil-linked contracts and provide suggestions for Chinese oil and gas companies engaging in LNG long-term contracts in the U.S.
