摘要
目的:分析初治肺结核患者血清白细胞介素-34(IL-34)水平与其它炎性细胞因子水平的关系。方法:纳入2020-08-2022-08海口市人民医院下属医院海口市结核防治中心收治的78例初治肺结核患者作为研究组,另选取78例同期体检健康者作为对照组。检测两组研究对象IL-34、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。根据患者是否合并肺部细菌感染分为感染组和非感染组,根据治疗情况分为治愈组和未治愈组。对比不同组别患者上述指标水平的差异,分析IL-34与其它炎性细胞因子的关系。结果:研究组患者以上血清各指标水平均高于对照组(P<0.01)。感染组患者血清各炎性细胞因子水平均高于非感染组(P<0.05)。治愈组患者血清各指标水平均低于未治愈组患者(P<0.05)。肺结核患者血清IL-34与IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:初治肺结核患者血清IL-34水平明显升高,IL-34水平与肺结核患者病情、疗效及预后有关。
Objective:To study the relationship between serum interleukin-34(IL-34)levels and the levels of other inflammatory cytokines in patients with active tuberculosis.Method:78 active tuberculosis patients admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were included as the research group,and 78 healthy volunteers who came to our physical examination center during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of IL-34,interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)andtumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were tested.According to the sputum bacteria culture of the patient,it was divided into sputum bacteria positive and sputum bacteria negative,and cured and not cured according to the treatment situation.The differences of the above indicators among different groups of patients were compared and the relationship between IL-34 and other inflammatory cytokines was analyzed.Results:Serum levels of IL-34,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α were higher in the research group than those in the control group,which were significant(P<0.01).Serum levels of IL-34,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α were higher in sputum bacteria positive patients than those in sputum-negative patients(P<0.05).The serum levels of various indicators in the cured group were lower than those in the uncured group(P<0.05).Serum IL-34 and IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α were positively associated in active tuberculosis patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum level of IL-34 is significantly increased,and IL-34 may participate in the occurrence and development of pulmonary tuberculosis through immune inflammatory response,which is closely related to the condition,efficacy and prognosis of patients.
