农村老年群体卫生服务感知及其影响因素研究

Influencing factors of rural elderly population′s perception of health service

目的研究农村老年群体卫生服务感知及其影响因素。方法基于中国综合社会调查(Chinese General Social Survey,CGSS)2013年与2017年的调查数据,对我国老年群体卫生服务感知情况进行描述性分析,并应用logistic回归模型分析其影响因素。结果2013年的数据分析显示,农村老年群体对卫生服务的感知更多地受到个体因素如年龄和健康状况的影响。2017年的数据分析则反映了农村老年群体卫生服务提供主体、医疗照护的责任主体的感知,这种感知更多表明了该群体对卫生服务供给的期望。结论农村卫生相关政策的制订,需要考虑农村老年群体的特征的影响,科学合理地测算农村区域老年卫生服务的需求现状,做到农村老年卫生服务需求供给平衡。

Objective To study the perception of health services and its influencing factors among rural elder⁃ly groups.Methods Based on the survey data of the Chinese General Social Survey(CGSS)in 2013 and 2017,the perception of health services among the elderly in China was analyzed by descriptive analysis,and the influen⁃cing factors were analyzed by logistic regression model.Results The data analysis in 2013 showed that the per⁃ception of rural elderly groups on health services was more affected by individual factors such as age and health sta⁃tus.However,the data analysis in 2017 reflected the perception of the health service provider and the responsible subject of medical care for the rural elderly groups,which indicated more about the groups′expectations of health service supply.Conclusions The formulation of rural health related policies needs to take the impact of the char⁃acteristics of rural elderly groups into consideration,and evaulate the demand status of rural elderly health services in a scientific and reasonable way,thus achieving a balance between demand and supply of rural elderly health services.
