合肥市社区老年人医养结合需求影响因素与对策

Demand for integrated medical and elderly care of the elderly in communities of Hefei City:The influence factors and countermeasures

目的调查合肥市瑶海区老年人医养结合需求情况并分析其影响因素,为合肥瑶海区医养结合养老模式提供理论参考依据。方法采用随机抽样研究方法自2020年3月至12月选自合肥市瑶海区6家社区卫生服务中心共360例老年人作为调查研究对象,采用回归分析法分析其影响因素。结果在调查的360例社区老年人中有医养结合需求的老年人201例(55.8%)。回归分析揭示文化程度、收入水平、慢性病情况、衰弱、医保类型是社区老年人医养结合需求的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论合肥市瑶海区老年人医养结合需求率较高,建议通过提高医养结合的认知度、完善医保制度、加强新型养老人才培养及构建多层次医养结合体系等,以满足不同层次老年人医养结合需求。

Objective To investigate the demand of the elderly in Yaohai District of Hefei City for the combi⁃nation of medical care and elderly care and to analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the model of the combination of medical care and elderly care.Methods A total of 360 elderly people from 6 community health service centers in Yaohai District,Hefei were investigated from March to December 2020 by random sampling method,and the influencing factors were analyzed by regression analysis.Re⁃sults Among the 360 elderly people surveyed,201(55.8%)elderly people had the demand for the combination of medical care and elderly care.The results of regression analysis showed that education level,income,chronic diseases,frailty and type of medical insurance were the influencing factors(P<0.05).Conclusions The de⁃mand rate for the integrated medical and elderly care among the elderly in Yaohai District,Hefei City is relatively high.It is recommended to promote the understanding of the integrated medical and elderly care,improve the medical insurance system,strengthen the cultivation of new elderly care talents,and build multi⁃level integrated medical and elderly care to meet the needs of elderly people at different levels.
