清代军府制度的再探讨

The Re-discussion of the Military Government System in Qing Dynasty

学界对清代新疆治理的研究以军府制为核心,但长期沿用清人观点,对新疆军府诸多问题探讨不足。本文利用清代满文汉文档案资料,进一步考察新疆军府体系流变,对比其异同,总结其得失,深入阐述清代新疆军府制度及治疆制度的要素、特点、意义及局限。

The academic research on the governance of Xinjiang in Qing Dynasty is centered on the military government system,but it has long followed the Qing scholars'viewpoint and has not discussed many issues of the Xinjiang military government,Based on Manchu and Chinese archives from Qing Dynasty,this paper further investigates the evolution of the Xinjiang military government system,compares its similarities and differences,summarizes its gains and losses,and deeply expounds the elements,characteristics,significance and limitations of the Xinjiang military government system and the Xinjiang governance system in Qing Dynasty.
