基于交联技术改性聚己内酯静电纺丝织物的研究进展

摘要 聚己内酯(PCL)具有良好的力学性能、生物相容性和生物可降解性,且PCL静电纺丝织物比表面积大、透气性能好可应用于组织工程、伤口敷料等领域。但PCL静电纺丝织物性能单一无法满足在医疗材料领域的应用,故通过改性技术提高织物的应用性能。基于交联技术介绍了PCL静电纺丝织物常用改性方法以及交联改性的PCL静电纺丝织物在医用材料领域的应用现状。 Polycaprolactone(PCL)has good mechanical properties,biocompatibility,and biodegradability.Moreover,PCL electrostatic spinning fabrics with large specific surface area and good permeability can be used in tissue engineering,wound dressings,and other fields.However,the single performance of PCL electrospinning fabrics cannot meet the application in the field of medical materials,so modifications are needed to improve the application performance of the fabrics.Based on cross-linking technology,this review introduced the common modification methods of PCL electrospinning fabrics and the application status of crosslinked fabrics in the field of medical materials.
