摘要
以氟代烷氧基聚磷腈(TOAPF)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)作为并用基础胶,通过复配、硫化制备出TOAPF改性EPDM包覆层,并研究了包覆层的硫化特性、力学性能、热失重特性、耐烧蚀性能及抗硝化甘油迁移性能。硫化特性分析结果表明,随着EPDM包覆层配方中TOAPF用量的增大,焦烧时间与正硫化时间基本保持不变,最低转矩、最高转矩以及转矩差逐渐降低;力学性能研究结果表明,随着EPDM包覆层配方中TOAPF用量的增大,包覆层的拉伸强度逐渐降低,延伸率逐渐提高;热失重特性和耐烧蚀性能研究结果表明,通过TOAPF/EPDM并用的途径可以提高EPDM包覆层的耐热性和耐烧蚀性。由于TOAPF具有优良的耐化学腐蚀和耐油性,在EPDM包覆层中引入TOAPF可以提高包覆层的抗硝化甘油迁移能力。
Poly(fluoroalkoxyphosphazenes)(TOAPF)modified EPDM coating layer was prepared by compounding and vulcanization using TOAPF/EPDM as matrix materials.The vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties,thermogravimetric characteristics,ablation resistance and nitroglycerin migration resistance of the coating layer were studied.The results of vulcanization characteristic analysis showed that with the increase of TOAPF content in EPDM coating layer formulation,the scorch time and optimum cure time remained basically unchanged,whereas the minimum torque,maximum torque and torque difference decreased gradually.The results of mechanical analysis indicated that with the increase of TOAPF content in EPDM coating layer formulation,the tensile strength gradually decreased and the elongation gradually increased.The results of thermogravimetric characteristics and ablation resistance demonstrated that the heat-resistance and ablation resistance of EPDM coating layer could be improved by the combination of TOAPF/EPDM.Because TOAPF had excellent chemical corrosion resistance and oil resistance,the introduction of TOAPF into EPDM coating layer improved the anti nitroglycerin migration abilities of the EPDM coating layer.
