海洋环境下机匣用高防腐涂层的制备

Preparation of high corrosion resistance coatings for casing in marine environment

海洋环境下,尤其热带海域常年处于高温、高湿、高盐雾和高紫外线状态,相对湿度一般在80%以上,因此飞机机匣的服役环境就更为恶劣。受海雾、海水飞溅等多种因素的影响,还要遭受发动机排出的烟气侵蚀,如果机匣等设备表面防护能力不足,极易产生腐蚀和发霉等问题,从而使传动系统的使用寿命缩短,影响发动机正常工作。海洋化工研究院有限公司研究了一种机匣用高防腐涂层体系,并确定了涂料配方。检测结果表明,该涂层体系具有良好的耐盐雾、耐湿热及耐介质等性能,能够有效地保护机匣不受腐蚀,延长使用寿命。

In the marine environment,especially in the tropical sea,it is always in the state of high temperature,high humidity,high salt fog and high ultraviolet ray,and the relative humidity is generally over 80%.Therefore,the service environment of the casing is more severe.Under the influence of sea fog,sea water splashing and other factors,the casing is also subjected to the erosion of the exhaust gases from the engine.If the surface protection ability of the casing and other equipment is insufficient,it is easy to produce corrosion and mildew and other problems,thus shortening the service life of the transmission system and affecting the normal operation of the engine.To address this issue,a coating system with high corrosion resistance for casing was studied and the coating formula was determined.The test results showed that the coating system had good salt spray resistance,heat and humidity resistance and medium resistance,which could effectively protect the casing from corrosion and prolong its service life.
