摘要
甘蔗渣是甘蔗经榨糖后的残渣物,是一种良好的生物质残渣原料,为使甘蔗渣利用价值最大化,探索生物质液化新方法至关重要。本研究通过用正辛醇、聚乙二醇等试剂液化甘蔗渣,利用红外(FT-IR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、羟基值测定等分析方法研究其液化产物特性。研究发现,在液比为4∶1,催化剂用量9%,液化温度180℃,液化时间150min时,得到的正辛醇液化残渣率最低仅为9%,优于传统多元醇液化。通过正交试验发现,液化过程中各因素对性能的影响顺序为:液化时间>液比>液化温度>催化剂用量。加入聚乙二醇混合液化后,在液化试剂比为5∶5时残渣率达到11.2%,优于传统混合多元醇液化;FT-IR分析发现,混合液化产物可作为一种聚醚多元醇使用;GPC分析发现,液化产物是一种高分子量产物;羟基值测定发现,聚乙二醇的加入大大提高了液化产物羟基值,为聚氨酯的合成原料提供了一种新的来源。
Bagasse is the residue of sugarcane after sugar extraction.It is a versatile biomass residue material.In order to maximize the utilization value of bagasse,it is very important to explore new methods of biomass liquefaction.In this study,n-octanol and polyethylene glycol as well as other reagents were used to liquefy bagasse,and the performances of the liquefied products were characterized by using of FT-IR,GPC and hydroxyl value measurement.It was found that when the liquid ratio was 4∶1,the amount of catalyst was 9%,the liquefaction temperature was 180℃and the liquefaction time was 150min,the n-octanol liquefaction residue rate obtained was as low as only 9%,which was better than the conventional polyol liquefaction.Through the orthogonal experiment,it was found that the order of the factors affecting the performance in the liquefaction process was:liquefaction time>liquid ratio>liquefaction temperature>catalyst dosage.The polyethylene glycol was used to reinforce the liquefaction process and results,and when the ratio of n-octanol and polyethylene glycol was set at 5∶5,the residue rate reached 11.2%,which was better than the conventional hybrid polyol liquefaction.FT-IR analysis demonstrated that the hybrid liquefaction product could be used as a potential polyether polyol for commercial application.In addition,GPC analysis confirmed that the liquefied product was a high molecular weight product.Hydroxyl value measurements revealed that the hydroxyl value of the liquefied product was significantly increased with the addition of polyethylene glycol,which provided a new route for the synthesis of polyurethane.
