2019-2022年天津市预防接种门诊预防接种智能冰箱应用调查

Application status of intelligent vaccination refrigerators in vaccination clinics of Tianjin,2019-2022

目的了解天津市预防接种门诊预防接种智能冰箱的应用。方法选取2019-2022年天津市使用预防接种智能冰箱的预防接种门诊开展问卷调查,分析智能冰箱的工作效率、门诊对智能冰箱功能设计的必要性评价、满意度和应用效果评价,监测储存温度的稳定性。结果在调查的50家预防接种门诊中,使用智能冰箱前、后平均每工作台每小时的疫苗接种量分别为22.93剂次、24.70剂次(t=0.68,P=0.499),接种日疫苗库存盘点时间<30 min的门诊比例分别为46.0%、72.0%(χ^(2)=9.71,P=0.008)。门诊对智能冰箱9项功能的必要性平均评分在2.72-7.08分之间,满意度平均评分在4.44-4.90分之间。6台智能冰箱的储存温度记录在3.0-4.9℃之间。结论预防接种智能冰箱的现有功能基本满足预防接种门诊日常服务,一定程度提升了预防接种效率和质量;需进一步完善其工作流程。

Objective To analyze the application of intelligent vaccination refrigerators in vaccination clinics of Tianjin.Methods We selected vaccination clinics in which intelligent vaccination refrigerators were used in Tianjin from 2019 to 2022 for a questionnaire-based survey.We analyzed the work efficiency,scoring of function necessity,satisfaction with functions,and scoring of application effect.We monitored the stability of storage temperature records.Results In the 50 vaccination clinics surveyed,the average vaccination amount per workbench per hour before and while using intelligent vaccination refrigerators was 22.93 doses and 24.70 doses(t=0.68,P=0.499),respectively;the vaccine inventory check was finished within 30 minutes in 46.0%and 72.0%(χ^(2)=9.71,P=0.008)of vaccination clinics.The average score of necessity for nine functions of intelligent refrigerator ranged 2.72 to 7.08 points,with the average satisfaction score of 4.44-4.90 points.The storage temperature records of 6 intelligent vaccination refrigerators ranged from 3.0℃to 4.9℃.Conclusions The intelligent vaccination refrigerator functions fulfilled daily service needs of vaccination clinics and improved the efficiency and quality of vaccination services.We suggest optimizing intelligent refrigerators into the workflow.
