Global status of pertussis prevention and control and prospects for pertussis prevention and control strategy in China

过去数十年含百日咳成分疫苗作为免疫规划疫苗在全球范围内广泛接种且接种率维持在较高水平,然而百日咳再现问题仍日益凸显,其发生原因和应对策略成为公共卫生关注热点,各国百日咳免疫策略随之有所调整。中国近年来百日咳报告发病呈上升趋势,发病率在不同年龄人群中显著增长。本文综述了全球和中国百日咳流行现状、发病上升原因、免疫策略演变等,展望了未来中国百日咳防控策略。

In the past few decades,pertussis-containing vaccines have been widely administered as immunization program vaccines worldwide,and vaccination coverage has remained at a high level.However,reemerging pertussis is increasingly prominent,its causes and response strategies have become public health concerns,and immunization strategies for pertussis in many countries are being adjusted accordingly.In recent years,the reported incidence of pertussis in China has increased significantly among people of different ages.In this article,we review global and China's pertussis epidemiology and incidence,reasons for increases of pertussis incidence,evolution of immunization strategies,and prospects for future pertussis prevention and control strategies in China.
