藏药丛菔的本草考证

目的:整理藏药丛菔的名称、味性、功效主治、成方制剂及主流基原。方法:通过系统查阅藏医药经典著作及现代文献、各地区藏药标准,对丛菔名称、基原、味性效及成方制剂进行全面考证,结合文献、资源分布及实地调查分析藏药丛菔主流基原。结果:藏药丛菔的藏文名为“■”,藏文音译为“索罗木保”,药材名为“丛菔”。基原来自于十字花科丛菔属Solms-laubachia的8个种,宽果丛菔Solms-laubachia eurycarpa(Maxim.)Botsch.、线叶丛菔Solmslaubachia linearifolia(W.W.Smith)O.E.Schulz、倒毛丛菔Solms-laubachia retropilosa Botsch.是目前临床常用种。多以根及根茎入药,味苦、甘、辛、涩,性寒、凉。具有清肺热,止咳止血,退烧,滋补,愈创的功效。主要用于治疗肺炎,气管炎,咳嗽,痰中带血。结论:通过对藏药丛菔文献的系统整理与实地调查分析,可为其标准提升、成方制剂开发等奠定基础。

Objective:To sort out the name,characteristic,flavor,main functions,indications,formulations,and mainstream origins of Tibetan medicine Radix Solms-laubachia.Method:Through systematic consultation of Tibetan medicine classics and modern literature,as well as Tibetan medicine standards from various regions,the name,origin,characteristic,flavor,main functions,formulations,and mainstream origins of Tibetan medicine Radix Solms-laubachia was analyzed.The mainstream origins of Tibetan medicine Radix Solms-laubachia was analyzed combined with literature,resource distribution and field investigations.Result:The Tibetan medicine Radix Solms-laubachia Tibetan was called"■",and was transliterated as"Suoluomubao",also called"Congfu"in Chinese medicine.It belonged to the genus Solms-laubachia and consisted of eight species,including Solms-laubachia eurycarpa (Maxim.) Botsch.Solms-lau,bachia linearifolia (W.W.Smith) O.E.Schulz,Solms-laubachia retropilosa Botsch.Most of the whole grass or root were used as medicine.The flavor was bitter,sweet,pungent,astringent with the characteristic of cold or cool.It had the effect of clearing lung heat,relieving cough and stopping bleeding,reducing fever,and promoting wound healing.It was mainly used for the treatment of pneumonia,bronchitis,cough,and bloody sputum.Conclusion:Through systematic analysis of Tibetan medicinal plant literature and field investigations,a foundation has been laid for improving standards and developing formulations for Tibetan medicinal plants Radix Solms-laubachia.
