摘要
简要对澳大利亚PB块矿和南非块矿的理化性能进行了分析,重点对这两种块矿在湘钢2号高炉的生产试验结果进行了分析,同时阐述了不同块矿条件下的高炉操作对策。生产试验结果表明,PB块矿还原性好、有害元素含量低,有利于维持炉内合理的煤气流分布,适用于非中心加焦的高炉;南非块矿品位高、粒度大、强度好,有利于炉内压力关系改善及中心气流发展,适用于中心加焦的高炉。两种块矿的人炉比例均不宜超过20%,且使用PB块矿应降低粉末入炉量,使用南非块矿应定期进行排碱,避免碱金属循环富集。
An analysis is carried out on the physical property and chemical analysis of PB lump ores respectively imported from Australia and South Africa,especially the production test results after using these two kinds of lump ores in Xiangtan Steel No.2 BF,followed by an introduction on the measures taken correspondingly in the furnace operation under different lump conditions.The test result shows that PB lump ore has the advantages of good reducibility and low content of harmful elements,which are beneficial for maintaining a reasonable gasflow distribution in the furnace,thus such a lump ore is suitable for the furnace not operating in the central coke charging mode.The lump ore from the South Africa,which features high grade,large particle size and good strength,is conducive to improvingthe pressure relationship in the furnace and the development of central gas flow,thus,it is suitable for the furnace operating in the central coke charging mode.The percentage of these two kinds of lump ores should not be higher than 20%,and the amount of PB ore fine charged to the furnace should be reduced.When the lump ore from the South Africa is used,alkaline element should be discharged regularly to prevent the enrichment of base metals.
