首钢股份3号高炉复杂原燃料条件下的强化冶炼

摘要 针对迁焦环评及常规化限产导致焦炭结构变化,加上高生矿比例、原料种类及质量参差不齐的现状,通过采取强化铁前一体化运作、外购焦炭质量评价排序、改善烧结矿质量、优化炉料结构等措施,为3号高炉强化冶炼奠定基础。3号高炉强化冶炼操作要点是,坚持“低耗、高效”方针,以控制适宜的炉腹煤气量指数为基础,提高煤气利用率为目标,选择适宜的热制度和造渣制度,并通过炉缸活跃性评价指数HAI提供预警管理,避免炉况出现波动。采取上述措施后,3号高炉实现了复杂原燃料条件下的炉况稳定顺行,取得了日产量提高180~272d、燃料比降低22.2kg/t的生产效果。 Considering the change of coke mix due to the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report of the relocated coking project and normalized production restriction policy,and facing the situation of high percentage of raw ores and diversified varieties and qualities of the raw materials charged to the furnace,a series of measures are taken for Shougang No.3 BF,such as strengthening the integrated operation of the systems upstream of the blast furnace,evaluating and ranking the quality of out-sourced coke,improving the quality of sinter,and optimizing the burden mix.These measures underpin the furnace intensified smelting operation,and the key points of the furnace intensified smelting operation can be concluded as sticking to the philosophy of"low consumption and high efficiency",keeping an appropriate bosh gas index,improving the gas utilization rate,selecting a reasonable heat system and slagging system;in addition,warning management based on the heath activity evaluation index HAI is also essential so as to prevent variation of the furnace conditions.The said measures help the furnace to run smoothly and stably under complicated raw material and fuel conditions,enabling the furnace daily production output to increase by 180-272 t/d and the fuel rate decrease by 22.2 kg/t.
