In northwestern France,there is an old yet young city,Rennes,which is one of Jinan's sister cities.In 2022,the two cities signed the MOU on the Establishment of the 2Oth Anniversary of Sister City Relations between Jinan and Rennes,continuing to make local efforts for a closer and longer-lasting China-France comprehensive strategic partnership with a focus on sister-cityexchanges.
