摘要 运用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对本地采集的21个样品中的Fe、Mn元素进行分析,采用内标法对其进行修正,确定样品中锰、铁等元素的含量。被测元素具有较好的线性,相关系数>99.8%,RSD为1.2%~8.1%,都小于10%,加标回收率都在90.0%~100.0%之间,检测限锰为0.5μg/L,铁为4.5μg/L,均低于国家生活饮用水卫生标准中铁、锰元素的标准限值。ICP-AES具有极低的检出限、良好的重复性和较多的分析元素等明显的特征,是作为生活饮水中多个元素的同步测定的良好方法。 Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was used to analyze the Iron and Manganese elements in 21 samples collected locally,and internal standard method was used to correct them to determine their effects on manganese,iron and other elements in the samples.The tested elements have good linearity,with a correlation coefficient of>99.8%and RSD of 1.2%-8.1%,both less than 10%.The recovery rates of spiked elements are between 90.0%-100.0%,with a detection limit of 0.5μg/L for manganese and 4.5μg/L for iron,which are lower than the standard limits for various elements in the national drinking water hygiene standards.ICP-AES has obvious characteristics such as extremely low detection limit,good repeatability,and a large number of analytical elements,making it suitable forsimultaneous determination of multiple elements in drinking water.
