标准型LWD互联互通技术的应用与分析

摘要 标准型LWD测井是基于普通的测井系统升级的一种新的测井技术,目前已经广泛应用于油田钻井数据的动态监控、测井和地质数据的实时分析和导向等方面。标准型LWD是基于中海油服的“璇玑”系统,通过自主研发的通讯短节(ABC),实现井下“璇玑”系列仪器与贝克休斯的OnTrak系统仪器之间的互联互通的随钻测井工具。为了证实两个系统在机电转换、数据通讯、设备兼容等测量方面的稳定性和适用性,文章通过标准型“璇玑”仪器挂接贝克休斯中子密度工具LTK的互联互通在渤海油田的应用实例,从数据实时传输、施工要点和测井数据应用等方面分析,得出结论并提出建议。 Standard LWD logging is a new logging technology based on the upgrade of ordinary logging systems.It has been widely used in dynamic monitoring of oilfield drilling data,real-time analysis and guidance of logging and geological data,and other aspects.The standard LWD is a LWD tool based on the“xuanji”system of COSL,which realizes the interconnection between downhole“xuanji”series instruments and Baker Hughes’OnTrak system instruments through the self-developed communication nipple(ABC).In order to verify the stability and applicability of the two systems in electromechanical conversion,data communication,equipment compatibility and other aspects of measurement,this paper draws conclusions and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of realtime data transmission,construction essentials and logging data application through the application example of the interconnection of the standard“xuanji”instrument coupled with the Baker Hughes neutron density tool LTK in Bohai oilfield.
