高校实验室安全管理探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of University Laboratory Safety Management

为了充分发挥实验室建设和管理作用,围绕学校工作重点,学校不断完善实验室管理制度,持续提高实验室管理的科学化、制度化、安全化,激发全校师生共管的积极性。本研究以商丘师范学院为例,积极构建全链条、全周期的实验室安全管理工作机制,通过实践在管理上做到有制度可依,保障上安全有序运行,探索逐步形成管服并行、相互衔接的安全管理制度体系,有效提高了实验室使用效率,提升学校人才培养质量。

In order to give full play to the role of laboratory construction and management,focusing on the key work of university,we constantly improved the laboratory management system,continuously enhanced the scientific,institutionalized and safe laboratory management,and stimulated the enthusiasm of teachers and students in joint management.Taked Shangqiu normal university as an example,this study mainly introduced to actively build a full-chain and full-cycle safety management working mechanism,formed an effective and interconnected safety management system,and ensured that there is a system for management to ensure the safe and orderly operation of the laboratory,explore the gradual formation of a parallel management system and service,mutual connection of the safety management system,continuously improve the efficiency of laboratory use and improve the quality of talent training.
