渤海油田酸化防漏失工艺管柱的研究与应用

Research and Application of Acidizing Anti-leakage Technology String in Bohai Oilfield

针对渤海油田生产井在后期酸化筛管外围泥砂,污垢解堵增产过程中防止过量酸液漏失下部地层造成地层污染问题,研究开发一种酸化防漏失工艺管柱。该工艺管柱具备防止过多酸液进入地层影响后期开采,同时后期还可以根据实际需要对地层实施多次酸化,无需起出原井管柱。该工艺管柱中设置有悬挂封隔器、酸化压差滑套及酸化油藏保护阀。悬挂封隔器可将酸化压差滑套及酸化油藏保护阀悬挂在所需酸化油层顶部,同时实现地层封隔。酸化时可通过酸化压差滑套将定量酸液挤入地层。现场应用表明,该工艺管柱性能可靠,可有效解决过量酸液漏失地层,造成地层污染问题,为渤海油田酸化提供了一种新的技术方案。

In order to prevent excess acid from leaking into the lower interval and causing formation pollution during the process of removing mud and dirt around acidizing screen in late production wells of Bohai oilfield,an acidizing anti-loss process pipe string was reserached.In addition to preventing excessive acid from entering the formation and affecting the later production,the process can also acidify the formation multiple times according to the stimulation effect,without the need to pull out the original well string.The process string is equipped with a suspension packer,an acidizing differential pressure sleeve and a acidizing reservoir protection valve.The suspension packer can suspend the differential pressure sleeve and reservoir protection valve on top of the desired reservoir and seal the upper formation.During acidification,the quantified acid fluid can be squeezed into the desired formation through the acidified differential pressure sliding sleeve.The field application shows that the performance of the process string is reliable,and it can effectively solve the problem of excessive acid leakage and formation pollution,which provides a new technical scheme for the acidification stimulation of Bohai oilfield.
