Discussion on the Preparation Development of Transdermal Drug Delivery System

经皮给药系统药物以其独特的临床优势,已发展为第三代药物制剂的研究领域,国内创新研究发展缓慢。文章在大量实验和文献研究基础上,充分发挥中国丰富的药用资源优势,同时借鉴运用国外研究已上市药物的成功经验,从药物的目标来源、筛选原则以及经皮方式等方面对经皮给药系统制剂的立项开发进行探讨。

Due to its unique clinical advantages,transdermal drug delivery system has developed into the third generation research field of drug preparations.In China,innovation research develops slowly.Based on a large number of experiments and literature studies,giving full play to the advantages of Chinese medicinal resources,and learning from the successful experience of foreign listed drugs,this paper discusses the aspects of the target source,screening principle and transdermal mode for preparation development of transdermal drug delivery system,and provide references for researchers in related fields.
