新时代高校教工党支部的工作机制创建与实践研究

Research on the Establishment of the Working Mechanism and Practice of the Party Branch of University Staff in the New Era

创新和强化教工党支部建设是新时代加强党对高校的全面领导和提高我国高等教育质量的重要举措,对提升教工党支部的组织活力有重要意义。针对高校教工党支部存在的“淡化”“弱化”及“软化”等问题,以新疆农业大学水利与土木工程学院教工第二党支部为研究对象,在“三全育人”和新时代深入落实党的建设要求背景下,围绕教工党支部工作重点任务,结合支部自身特点,创新实践提出了“一+六+六”模块的新时代高校基层党建工作机制,总结概述了工作方法和成效。研究成果将为高校教工党支部开展工作提供思路和方法,对激发基层党组织活力具有一定的指导意义,为推进党建与业务工作有机地融合提供经验和做法。

Innovating and strengthening the construction of the Party branch of university staff is an important measure to strengthen the Party’s overall leadership in colleges and universities and improve the quality of higher education in China in the new era.It is of great significance to improve the organizational vitality of the Party branch of university staff.In view of the problems of desalination,weakening and softening in the Party branch of university staff,taking the second Party branch of the college of hydraulic and civil engineering in Xinjiang Agricultural University as the research object,under the background of“three-wide education”and the in-depth implementation of the Party’s construction requirements in the new era,focusing on the key tasks of the Party branch of university staff,and combined with the characteristics of the branch itself,the“one+six+six”module of the grass-roots Party building work mechanism in colleges and universities in the new era is put forward,and the working methods and results are summarized.The research results will provide ideas and methods for the work of the Party branch of university staff to carry out their work,have certain guiding significance for stimulating the vitality of grass-roots Party organization vitality,and provide experience and practices for promoting the organic integration of the Party building and teaching work.
