BOPPPS模式下岗位胜任力培养的混合式教学应用——以急救医学专业研究生为例 被引量:2

摘要 为了探讨BOPPPS模式下,混合式教学对急救医学专业研究生岗位胜任力培养的效果,针对福建医科大学急救医学专业研究生,实验组采用BOPPPS模式下混合式教学,对照组为传统教学方法;通过对两组学生的考核成绩、自评和问卷调查数据进行统计分析初步评价其岗位胜任力。结果表明,实验组的急救岗位胜任力考核成绩明显优于对照组(p<0.05)。自评和问卷调查数据分析显示实验组对相应教学模式认可度高于对照组(p<0.05),两组的理论考核总成绩对比无显著性差异(p>0.05)。因此,BOPPPS模式下的混合式教学明显地提高了急救医学专业研究生岗位胜任力。 To explore the effect of blended teaching on post competency training of graduate students majoring in emergency medicine under BOPPPS model,graduate students majoring in emergency medicine in Fujian Medical University were selected as the research object,and the combined teaching method under BOPPPS mode(experimental group)and traditional teaching method(control group)were used respectively.The post competency of the two groups of students was preliminarily evaluated by statistical analysis of their assessment scores,self-evaluation and questionnaire survey data.The first aid post competency of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05).The self-evaluation and questionnaire data analysis showed that the recognition of the corresponding teaching model in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the total score of theoretical examination between the two groups(p>0.05).The blended teaching under BOPPPS model can significantly improve the post competency of postgraduates majoring in emergency medicine.
