摘要
随着我国生态文明建设步伐不断加快,对新时代林业创新型人才的需求急剧增加。基于林学专业实践性较强的特点,通过分析林学专业本科生实践创新能力培养的必要环节及其存在的主要问题,总结部分涉林高校实践教学的做法及成效,对新时代林学专业本科生实践创新能力的培养模式展开讨论,提出要提升新林科的社会认知、秉承科学家创新精神、加强学生创新实践能力培养,以期为农林高校的新农科高等林业教育和林业创新型人才培养提供一定借鉴。
With the accelerating pace of national ecological civilization construction,the demand for innovative forestry talents is increasing rapidly.Through the analysis of the necessary links and existing main problems in the cultivation of undergraduates’practice and innovation ability,based on the strong practical characteristics of forestry major,the practice and effect of practice teaching in some forestry colleges and universities were summarized,and the training mode of practice and innovation ability of forestry undergraduate students were discussed,so as to enhance the social cognition for new forest science,uphold the innovative spirit of scientists,and strengthen the cultivation for students’practice and innovation ability,hoping it can provided certain reference for the forestry undergraduate education and forestry innovative talents training in agricultural and forestry universities.
