基于“病-证-治”的慢性萎缩性胃炎动物模型分析及中医药靶点干预

Animal model analysis of chronic atrophic gastritis based on disease-syndrome-treatment and TCM target intervention

慢性萎缩性胃炎是消化系统的常见病与多发病,为胃癌前状态,该病发病率高、病程迁延且易发生恶变。中医药以辨证(肝胃不和证、脾胃虚弱证、脾胃湿热证、胃络瘀血证、胃阴不足证)论治(有是证用是方)为核心,干预慢性萎缩性胃炎具有较显著的优势。基于“辨证论治”理论,研究中医药对慢性萎缩性胃炎微观领域的干预靶点,需成功复制慢性萎缩性胃炎病证结合动物模型,这有利于人们进一步从微观角度认识慢性萎缩性胃炎的发生、发展及辨治过程。因此,文章通过文献梳理,总结慢性萎缩性胃炎病证结合动物模型的操作方法及中医药干预可能机制,以期为慢性萎缩性胃炎不同证型的实验研究提供理论依据,并为中医药临床创新和现代化发展提供指导。

Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common and frequently occurring disease of the digestive system,which is a pre-gas⁃tric cancer state.The disease has a high incidence,a prolonged course of disease and is prone to malignant transformation.Tradi⁃tional Chinese Medicine is based on Syndrome Differentiation(liver-stomach disharmony,spleen-stomach deficiency,spleen-stomach damp-heat,blood stasis with stomach,lack of stomach Yin)and Treatment(There is evidence that use is syndrome),and has significant advantages in the intervention of chronic atrophic gastritis.Based on the theory of"Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment",to study the intervention targets of traditional Chinese medicine in the microscopic field of chronic atrophic gastri⁃tis,it is necessary to successfully replicate the animal model of disease and syndrome combination of chronic atrophic gastritis,which is conducive to further understanding the occurrence,development and differentiation and treatment process of chronic a⁃trophic gastritis from a microscopic perspective.Therefore,through literature review,this paper summarizes the operation methods of chronic atrophic gastritis syndrome combined with animal models and the possible intervention mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide theoretical basis for experimental research on different syndrome types of chronic atrophic gastritis and provide guidance for clinical innovation and modernization development of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
