我国秃杉种源选择试验研究进展

Research Progress on Provenance Selection of Taiwania Flousiana in China

秃杉是我国一级濒危珍稀植物,为保护野生种质资源,我国多地相继建立保护区,开展育苗造林研究工作。开展秃杉种源试验是为不同的立地条件选择最适宜的种源,对秃杉种源的区划及良种选育提供科学指导。在查阅秃杉引种相关的文献资料基础上,围绕秃杉近40年的种源试验研究内容,综合评述了秃杉的分布特征、不同种源的生态适应性差异、苗期和幼林期生长量变异、种源地理变异、种源区划分和栽培区划等研究成果,并就秃杉遗传育种研究未来努力方向提出建议。

Taiwania flousiana is a rare and endangered plant in China,to protect wild germplasm resources,many of the protected areas were established one after another and afforestation research was carried out.The aim of provenance test of Taiwania Flousiana is to select the most suitable provenances for different site conditions and to provide scientific guidance for the division of provenances and the breeding of improved varieties.On the basis of consulting the literature related to the introduction of Taiwania flousiana,and the research content around Taiwania flousiana provenance trial in recent 40 years,a comprehensive review was given on the distribution characteristics of Taiwania flousiana,ecological adaptability differences of different provenance,growth variation at seedling and young forest stage,provenance geographical variation and planting regionalization research results,and some suggestions on the future direction of genetic and breeding research of Taiwania flousiana were put forward.
