半夏不同种质资源主要农艺性状与产量的相关及通径分析

摘要 以21份不同来源地半夏种质资源为研究对象,对各种质资源株高、茎粗、分茎数等主要农艺性状进行相关性和通径分析,得出影响半夏产量的关键因素,以期为半夏资源品种选育和高产栽培提供理论依据。结果表明,半夏的株高、茎粗、分茎数、须根数、块茎百粒重、珠芽百粒重、块茎到珠芽距离与产量呈显著正相关;各农艺性状对产量的直接通径系数为块茎百粒重>分茎数>须根数>株高>茎粗>叶片长宽比>块茎到珠芽距离>珠芽百粒重;块茎到珠芽距离对产量产生较弱的负效应,叶片长宽比与块茎百粒重、株高、茎粗、分茎数、须根数具有负效应。综上所述,半夏的块茎百粒重、分茎数、株高、须根数、茎粗是影响产量的主要因素,其中块茎百粒重贡献率最大。因此,在半夏高产品种选育中,不仅要注重半夏块茎大小的选择,还应增强对半夏叶型和块茎到珠芽距离的选择。 21 P.ternata germplasm resources from different sources were used as research objects.The correlation and path analysis of main agronomic characters such as plant height,stem diameter and stem number were carried out to obtain the key factors affecting the yield of P.ternata,in order to provide theoretical guidance for breeding research of P.ternata germplasm.The results showed that the yield correlated positively with the plant height,stem diameter,tillering number,fibrous roots number,tuber hundred grain weight,bulbil hundred grain weight and the distance from tuber to bulbil.The direct path coefficient of the effect degree of each agronomic trait on the yield of P.ternata showed that the tuber hundred grain weight>tiller number>fibrous roots number>plant height>stem diameter>leaf length to width ratio>distance from tuber to budil>bulbil hundred grain weight.The distance from tuber to bud had a weak negative effect on the yield,and the ratio of leaf length to width had a negative effect on tuber hundred grain weight,plant height,stem diameter,tiller number and fibrous root number.To sum up,the main factors affecting the yield were the tuber hundred grain weight,tillering number,plant height,fibrous roots number,stem diameter,the contribution of tuber hundred grain weight on the yields was the largest.Therefore,the breeding of P.ternata germplasm that possesses high yieds should further take into account on the blade profile and the distance from tuber to bulbil included in tuber size.
