摘要
为有效利用大桃种植和蛋鸡养殖的产业优势,探索构建鸡粪资源化利用“平谷方案”。以蟠桃为试验对象,分别以鲜鸡粪、鸡粪有机肥和羊粪有机肥为底肥,对比使用差异。结果显示,鸡粪有机肥组蟠桃的葡萄糖、果糖、钙、钠、镁等微量元素含量极显著高于其他处理(P<0.01),柠檬酸、苹果酸含量极显著低于其他处理(P<0.01);鸡粪有机肥组蟠桃的果胶、可溶性固形物含量极显著高于鲜鸡粪组(P<0.01);桃果成熟后,鸡粪有机肥组土壤的有机质含量显著低于羊粪有机肥组(P<0.05),但与鲜鸡粪组差异不显著(P>0.05);3个处理组的蟠桃重量、大小、维生素C含量,土壤中氮、磷、钾含量和镉、汞、铅、铬、铜等重金属含量差异均不显著(P>0.05)。表明鸡粪有机肥可提供丰富的有机质和氮磷钾,显著提升蟠桃中果胶、可溶性固形物等营养元素含量。
In order to effectively utilize the industrial advantages of peach planting and laying hens breeding,and explore the construction of“Pinggu scheme”for resource utilization of chicken manure,flat peach was used as the experimental object,and fresh chicken manure,chicken manure organic fertilizer and sheep manure organic fertilizer were used as base fertilizer,respectively.The results showed that the contents of glucose,fructose,calcium,sodium,magnesium and other trace elements in flat peach in chicken manure organic fertilizer group were significantly higher than those in other treatments(P<0.01),and the contents of citric acid and malic acid were significantly lower than those in other treatments(P<0.01).The contents of pectin and soluble solids in flat peach in chicken manure organic fertilizer group were significantly higher than those in fresh chicken manure group(P<0.01).After the peach was ripe,the content of soil organic matter in chicken manure organic fertilizer group was significantly lower than that in sheep manure organic fertilizer group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference with fresh chicken manure group(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in weight,size,vitamin C,contents of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in soil and contents of cadmium,mercury,lead,chromium,copper and other heavy metals among the three treatment groups(P>0.05).The results showed that chicken manure organic fertilizer could provide rich organic matter,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,and significantly improve the nutritional content of pectin and soluble solids in flat peach.
