半高山烟区热泵烤房的筛选与应用

Selection and Application of Heat Pump Barns in Semi-alpine Tobacco Area

为筛选适宜长江中上游半高山烟区的热泵烤房,将“改造式”(T_(1))和“新建式”(T_(2))2种热泵密集烤房与燃煤密集烤房(CK)进行对比,比较不同烤房的装烤能力、升温稳温能力、烘烤成本和烤后烟叶质量。结果表明,热泵烤房温湿度控制精准,T_(1)、T_(2)热泵密集烤房单炕烘烤综合成本较燃煤密集烤房(CK)分别减少47.97%和52.21%;单位干烟烘烤成本CK最多,T_(1)次之,T_(2)最少。烘烤过程中T_(1)烤房上下温差大于T_(2)烤房。综合对比得出,“新建式”热泵密集烤房的推广价值优于“改造式”热泵密集烤房。

In order to screen out the suitable heat pump barn for the semi-alpine tobacco areas in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River,the coal-fired intensive curing barns(CK)was compared with two types of heat pump curing barns,“renovated”(T_(1))and“newly-buil”(T_(2)).The curing capacity,the temperature-heating and temperature-stabilization capacity,the curing cost,and the quality evaluation of the tobacco leaves after curing were compared among different types of curing barns.The results showed that the temperature and humidity of the heat pump barns were accurately controlled,and the comprehensive curing cost of single kang of T_(1) and T_(2) curing barns reduced by 47.97%and 52.21%compared with coal-fired intensive barn.The curing cost unit dry tobacco of CK was the highest,followed by T_(1),that of T_(2) was the lowest.During the curing process,the temperature difference between the upper and lower sheds of T_(1) was greater than that of T_(2).Through the comprehensive analysis,it was shown that the promotion value of the“newly-built”heat pump curing barn was better than that of the“renovated”heat pump curing barn.
