加工对铁皮石斛中8种神经毒性农药残留的影响

摘要 [目的]分析测定8种神经毒性农药在铁皮石斛中以烘烤方式下加工成铁皮枫斗的加工因子。[方法]采用烘烤的加工方式将铁皮石斛鲜条加工成干样,用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定农药在加工前后的残留水平,并计算不同烘烤时间的加工因子。[结果]建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定8种农药及其代谢物在铁皮石斛中残留分析方法。于70℃条件下烘烤12 h,茚虫威、三唑磷和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐加工因子平均值分别为5.4、4.8和4.8,位列前3;烘烤48 h,所有农药的加工因子在1.0~3.0。[结论]铁皮石斛鲜条在70℃烘烤12~48 h,所有农药的加工因子大于1.0,此结果可用于铁皮石斛加工时的质量控制。 [Objective]To analyze and determine the processing factors of 8 neurotoxic pesticides processed in D.officinale by baking.[Method]The fresh stems of D.officinale were processed into dry samples by baking,and the residues of pesticides before and after processing were determined by ultra high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS),the processing factors of different baking time were calculated.[Result]UPLC-MS/MS method was developed for the determination of eight pesticides and their metabolites in D.officinale.At 70℃for 12 hours,the processing factors of indoxacarb,triazophos and emamectin benzoate were 5.4,4.8 and 4.8,respectively,they were in the first three positions.After baking for 48 h,the processing factors of all pesticides were 1.0-3.0.[Conclusion]The fresh strips of D.officinale were roasted at 70℃for 12-48 hours,and the processing factors of all pesticides were greater than 1.0.The results could be used for quality control of D.officinale during processing.
