关于推进农业农村现代化的几点思考

Some Thoughts on Promoting Agricultural and Rural Modernization

农业农村现代化是中国式现代化的重要组成部分。由于学界对农业农村现代化的研究还在深入,在推进农业农村现代化的核心要素和具体路径上尚未形成广泛的共识,在一定程度上影响了理论对实践的指导作用。因此,需要从3个维度来一体设计、一并推进农业农村现代化:以“物”的现代化为坚实基础、以“人”的现代化为关键要素、以“治理”的现代化为发展保障。

Agricultural and rural modernization is an important part of Chinese-style modernization.Since the study of agricultural and rural modernization in the academic field is still in depth,there is not yet a broad consensus on the core elements and specific paths to promote agricultural and rural modernization,which to a certain extent affects the guiding effect of theory on practice.Therefore,it is necessary to design and promote agricultural and rural modernization from three dimensions.It takes the modernization of“things”as the solid foundation,the modernization of“people”as the key element,and the modernization of“governance”as the guarantee of development.
