Research on Cost Control in the Decision-making Stage of Hospital Construction Projects

分析医院建设项目造价构成,从两个维度对影响项目造价的因素进行剖析,提出合理确定建设规模、明确建设需求、重视前期场地摸查、选择与技术相匹配的设备、严格要求限额设计等五个造价控制措施,为医院建设项目决策阶段投资决策提供参考。

This article analyzes the cost structure of hospital construction projects.Factors which affect project costs are analyzed from two dimensions.Five cost control measures are proposed,including determining the construction scale reasonably,clarifying the construction needs,attaching importance to pre-site surveys,selecting equipment that matches the technology,and strictly requiring limited design,in order to provide references for investment decisions in the decision-making stage of hospital construction projects.
