摘要 本文基于贝雷梁的非弹性变形理论,推导出装配式公路钢桥的非弹性变形公式,并以吴淞江钢栈桥为工程背景依托,分析非弹性变形对桥梁检测工作的影响。分析结果表明,应考虑非弹性变形对静载理论挠度的影响,在静载试验前应测量未闭合的接头间隙,用于修正理论挠度;贝雷梁桁架销在活载作用下长期处于由松紧循环、旋转磨损及振动构成的复杂受力状态中,易出现松脱、磨损等病害,在日常检测中应重点关注。 Based on the non elastic deformation theory of Bailey beams,this article derives the non elastic deformation formula of prefabricated highway steel bridges,and analyzes the impact of non elastic deformation on bridge inspection work based on the engineering background of Wusong River steel trestle bridge.The analysis results indicate that the influence of inelastic deformation on the theoretical deflection under static load should be considered,and the gap between unclosed joints should be measured before the static load test to correct the theoretical deflection.The Bailey beam truss pin is in a complex stress state composed of tension cycles,rotational wear,and vibration under live load for a long time,which is prone to diseases such as looseness and wear.Therefore,it should be paid special attention to in daily testing.
